All purchases within Australia are free shipping. All international purchases will incur a calculated shipping charge dependant on location prior to purchase/payment confirmation.

When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following;

  • Order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred.
  • Delivery can take anywhere up to 5-10 business days depending on location. (Excluding weekends and public holidays) Allow an extra day or two for delivery during peak trading periods, such as Sales events and Christmas. We process orders for shipment everyday, but this may vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time.
  • Orders which are placed over the Weekend or on a Public Holiday will be processed on the next business day, at the earliest. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian Public Holidays.
  • Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and NIKI COLLECTION will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.
  • Please be sure to provide an address THAT will be attended when delivery occurs. NIKI COLLECTION uses AUSTRALIA POST to deliver our products. In the best interest and safety of your order – please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
  • If you are purchasing from NIKI COLLECTION from any country other than Australia, longer delivery estimation applies. For orders to New Zealand, please allow at least 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. For orders being delivered to anywhere other than Australia or New Zealand please allow at least two weeks in order to receive your parcel.

Delays in orders occur for the following reasons:
Item availability – We may be out of stock in our Distribution Centre for one or more of your items.
Items that are Out of Stock can be sourced from one of our local retail outlets, this can delay shipping by 1-2 business days.
Credit card verification is being performed by our team on request.
After 2 days of notification from us, if we have received no response from you your order will be cancelled and refunded.
We cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances for the above or for such things as transportation strikes, floods etc.

  • All orders are subject to availability of stock.
  • We take all reasonable steps to verify that the order placed and the credit details are bona fide.
  • We have the right to cancel and refund your order if you do not fulfil the requirements of our verification checks to assist in online credit card security, at which time we will immediately notify you via email or telephone using the details you have provided.

We will happily refund your item(s) providing you meet the STATUTORY RIGHTS as set by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC), particularly if you discover the item to be faulty. The item/s are to be returned and accompanied by the original receipt/tax invoice.

You can also opt to exchange your item/s or be issued with an on-line credit.

All refunds will be made in the same way as you originally paid and will be processed against the original credit cardholder via your PayPal/Secure Pay details.

If you change your mind, make the wrong selection or the product does not fit, you may exchange your item/s or opt for a on-line credit providing you have met the following conditions:

It is within 14 days of receiving your purchase order.
Proof of purchase (tax invoice) is required
The item(s) are in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached
The item(s) are unworn, unwashed, not used, altered, soiled or damaged and in a saleable condition


In the interest of hygiene, we do not exchange underwear or swimwear.

If you are returning an item that is part of an ‘offer’ such as a ‘2 for 1 deal’ or ‘buy one get one free’, the refund amount will reflect the price you have paid on this offer and not based on the original price of the item/s individually.

All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Niki Collection Style Office.

We recommend and advise when sending your return parcel that you use a postal tracking service through Australia Post to ensure safe delivery to us. Also, please notify our on-line team via email that you have sent the parcel.

Download and complete our return & exchange request form indicating the reason for return.

Email a completed copy of your ‘return & exchange request form’ to so that our on-line sales team keep an eye out for your returned item/s and they will flag your exchange as a priority.

Pack all item/s with your return & exchange request form and tax invoice in a secure satchel/ post bag:

– We suggest that you keep a record of your tax invoice so please make a copy of it.

– Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase order.

– Ensure you provide an email address and daytime contact number.

Refund confirmation
Please note that it is at the discretion of our on-line customer service team whether a refund will be processed subject to you meeting our return conditions and the STATUTORY RIGHTS as set by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).

If you have met all requirements and conditions our on-line sales team will process your refund and notify you via email or telephone once this has been processed.

If you have not met our return conditions, our on-line sales team will notify you via email or telephone to inform you of this decision.


Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us, and we will re-send your exchange order at no additional cost to you.

Please note that Niki Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any items that are returned to us in error.

Ensure you pack your return item/s securely to prevent any damage in transit.

Any item/s you return are your responsibility until they reach our Niki Collection Style Office.
