All purchases within Australia are free shipping. All international purchases will incur a calculated shipping charge dependant on location prior to purchase/payment confirmation.
When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following;
- Order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred.
- Delivery can take anywhere up to 5-10 business days depending on location. (Excluding weekends and public holidays) Allow an extra day or two for delivery during peak trading periods, such as Sales events and Christmas. We process orders for shipment everyday, but this may vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time.
- Orders which are placed over the Weekend or on a Public Holiday will be processed on the next business day, at the earliest. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian Public Holidays.
- Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and NIKI COLLECTION will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.
- Please be sure to provide an address THAT will be attended when delivery occurs. NIKI COLLECTION uses AUSTRALIA POST to deliver our products. In the best interest and safety of your order – please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
- If you are purchasing from NIKI COLLECTION from any country other than Australia, longer delivery estimation applies. For orders to New Zealand, please allow at least 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. For orders being delivered to anywhere other than Australia or New Zealand please allow at least two weeks in order to receive your parcel.

DELAYED ORDER: WHY?
Delays in orders occur for the following reasons:
Item availability – We may be out of stock in our Distribution Centre for one or more of your items.
Items that are Out of Stock can be sourced from one of our local retail outlets, this can delay shipping by 1-2 business days.
Credit card verification is being performed by our team on request.
After 2 days of notification from us, if we have received no response from you your order will be cancelled and refunded.
We cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances for the above or for such things as transportation strikes, floods etc.
We reserve the right:
- All orders are subject to availability of stock.
- We take all reasonable steps to verify that the order placed and the credit details are bona fide.
- We have the right to cancel and refund your order if you do not fulfil the requirements of our verification checks to assist in online credit card security, at which time we will immediately notify you via email or telephone using the details you have provided.
- All refunds will be made in the same way as originally paid.
- Orders shipped daily (excluding Public Holidays).
- No refunds on SALE items.
- Every effort has been made to portray the colours of products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee any colour will be completely accurate.
